Steve was asked to join the Clear Realty team after successfully completing the L.J. Hooker Champions programme. Prior to joining us, Steve spent 13 years overseas where he built up a very successful landscaping business in central London.

Home again with his wife and family, Steve embarked on a new career in Real Estate and has already earned respect from prospective buyers and vendors alike for being hard-working, enthusiastic and committed to helping those with their housing needs. Within twelve months of joining our successful team, Steve has successfully attained membership to the prestigious L.J. Hooker Captain’s Club which recognises the top 10% of salespeople in New Zealand.

Only seven months later he gained admission to the L.J. Hooker Multi Millionaire’s Club — a much sought-after and privileged position in the L.J. Hooker network which recognises the hard work of the top 2% of salespeople internationally and is one of the highest achievements within the Group.
And in 2008 Steve gained admission into the L.J Hooker Multi Million Dollar Chapter as a life member.
