I am the Sales Manager for the Feilding office of Property Brokers. I have worked in sales since I was running around after my Dad, many years ago! In Recent times the market in the Manawatu has seen huge development and Property Brokers has been at the forefront of that growth. We deal in all aspects of real estate from residential, lifestyle and rural sales through to rentals, commercial and industrial sales and rentals. I am here to assist you through whatever your real estate needs require.

I primarily deal in Residential and Lifestyle properties, although Property Brokers and I deal in all types of properties. Because of the company’s profile, advertising structure and assistance into community works we are often recommended as the company of choice for marketing and selling of properties.

I’m lucky enough to manage a team of vibrant people who, by working together for our clients, have a huge market share. We all work hard and come about getting the best price on the day for our vendors.
I enjoy working for Property Brokers and within our team environment I have been able to succeed for my vendors. Out of approximately 30 Property Brokers offices I was placed first in Property Brokers nationally for most properties sold from November 2009 - November 2010.
Prior to working in Real Estate I have had huge experience in dealing with people. For many years I owned a farm in Kimbolton and upon selling that I worked in the local education industry for five years as an intermediate teacher. In both of those different careers, I have had to deal with a wide range of people, professions, egos and personalities.

I have interests outside work in all sports, especially rugby and golf. I have coached the Premier Senior "A" Massey University Rugby Team along with various other teams ranging from schoolboys to representative level. When actually playing myself, I represented both Canterbury and Manawatu while playing for the Oroua club (where I recently served as Club President). I’m still on the committee for a newly merged “Feilding Old Boys Oroua Stags” I have also spent seasons in Ireland and England playing rugby, meeting people and enjoying a foreign lifestyle.

Over the last 20 years I have studied at University both internally and extramurally and have gained the qualifications of:

• Bachelor of Education
• Diploma of Agriculture
• Business Studies Certificate in Sports Management (in which I personally was placed No1 in New Zealand)

I am married with two children; we currently live on a 55 acre lifestyle block.

I also sell properties for very good prices.
