Fraser comes from a varied background, which has spanned the ownership of his own building company, and time in the public service. This experience over many years has developed Fraser’s very good interpersonal skills. Since he has been in real estate his knowledge of building and the provision of service have assisted him in establishing a successful business within the real estate industry. Fraser has always been active with community groups and people respond well to his high ethical standards, and his ability to negotiate the best for those he works with. Fraser is also involved in the community as the Emergency Management advisor for the Fendalton Ward of Christchurch City. Since Fraser joined the Harcourts team, he has been a consistent performer and with the attributes he has, he will offer even greater potential.
