Rohan has been selling real estate for 14 years, during which time he has sold over 550 homes. That’s a lot of happy vendors and new owners, many of which have become close friends as well as repeat clients, selling or buying through Rohan again and again.

Rohan has sold extensively in Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Royal Oak, Greenlane, and Epsom and knows these markets inside out. He lives locally in Royal Oak and loves being a part of this community. Clients have also requested he sells their properties in Mt Wellington, Ellerslie, Hillsborough, Three Kings, Mt Roskill and even as far afield as Glendowie or Howick.

Rohan has achieved numerous awards for outstanding sales achievements, including:

- No. 4 overall Sales Person for Ray White throughout New Zealand for 2010

- Elite Sales Status with Ray White for 2010 and 2011 in recognition of supreme sales

Rohan is highly respected for his up-front, friendly nature, excellent communication, service levels and top negotiation skills. He is not your ‘typical’ real estate agent! Rohan has degrees in both Property Valuation and Property Management. He is supported by his team including Alyssa, Personal Sales Consultant and Lena, Personal Assistant.

Rohan lives with his wife Justine (She is very patient with phone calls all night and work all weekend!) and two young boys Nicholas and Adam, who will be starting Royal Oak Primary this year. In their free time they love heading to the beach, taking the kids to the pools and getting away occasionally camping. If you run into Rohan on the weekend do come and say hi!
