Christine has over 18 years of real estate experience and has a passion for people and property that is hard to match. She actively listens to clients and enjoys going “the extra mile” to make sure everything is just the way it should be.

Trish is the bastion of detail and is dedicated to the provision of comprehensive answers to client questions – equipping both buyers and purchasers with confidence in decision-making. With over 13 years in real estate, Trish is also an expert in the real estate process.

As locals, both Christine and Trish have an extensive network throughout the region and are highly regarded within the community as women of integrity. Together they provide a real estate service that delivers results – perfect.

About Us
We both grew up in Porirua City, attending primary and secondary schools here. Raising our families in a city that we know and love and means that we are informed as we advise our clients about what a home in a particular suburb offers.

We have been in partnership since June 2013. We have been awarded a number of real estate awards not only prior to our partnership but also during our partnership and we are proud of our achievements. As at 1 February 2017 Leaders in Real Estate have now changed their brand to
Ray White. We are passionate about our local region and are proud sponsors of local community projects, including Whitby Churches’ “Party by the Lake” and the Pukerua Bay Tennis Tournament.
