John's real estate career spans 4 decades, starting in 1981 at the age of 21. The journey has included many record sales, industry awards and other recognition.
Striving for excellence has been a hallmark of John's success and is one of the key reasons his results have consistently exceeded expectations. John’s clients say he adds value; they use expressions like “it was a text book experience”, “his negotiation skills were better than we ever expected” and excuse the pun, but “he and his team were Professional”.
In 1987 John purchased the company he was working for, then in 1989 he joined it with The Professionals Co-operative Group. This was a strategic move which has given him access to all the groups resources and allowed him and the company to learn from, and be associated with, some of the best real estate companies in Australasia.
John is an advocate of specialisation; he and his company have made it their business to be experts in residential real estate in Lower Hutt. He believes that sticking to this clear focus is in the best interests of the company’s clients, customers and staff.

Mark has been in the Real Estate industry for nearly 35 years and is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent having gained his AREINZ qualification. He has owned his own Real Estate business between 2000-2005 at which point he decided he missed the buzz and excitement of front line sales rather than being office bound.
Mark has won numerous awards over the years for productivity and customer service, and believes very much in a win/win result for his clients and customers. After all, this is a people business and without happy clients Mark wouldn’t have a business and it’s so nice when past customers ring back years later to buy their next home.
He still takes some time to get out of the office and spend time with his family and playing tennis.
