Meet Cindy – a seasoned Real Estate Consultant & Family Genealogist

Cindy is a multi-award winning Real Estate Consultant often described as a "breath of fresh air." With a dynamic background spanning marketing, sales, business development, and advertising, she entered the real estate world in 2003 and quickly made her mark—specializing in residential properties and off-plan new build developments.

Her standout career includes leading the sales as the exclusive consultant for New Zealand’s first high-density residential project in Weymouth, Auckland. This project demonstrated her strategic thinking and ability to deliver results. Her success is built on a simple philosophy: “Attitude is Everything.”

Originally hailing from Palmerston North, Cindy's journey began with an unconventional twist: she was a professional magician until her late teens. This early experience not only sparked her creativity but also instilled a sense of confidence and the ability to captivate an audience—skills that she has carried with her into every aspect of her life and career.

Cindy is a proud graduate of the Outward Bound School of Anakiwa, where the lessons of perseverance, resilience, and self-discovery have shaped her outlook on life. These values continue to guide her, both professionally and personally.

As an avid family genealogist, Cindy relishes in connecting the dots of history. She’s been busy compiling multiple family trees since 2010 and, along the way, has even managed to reunite long-lost relatives and coordinate a family reunion with over 180 participants from across the globe (most of whom had never met). When she’s not unearthing the past and connecting people, Cindy enjoys quilting and has a passion for tractors.
