Jill and her family arrived in New Zealand from the United Kingdom in 2005. She had been an estate agent in Stratford-upon-Avon for eight years as part of a team selling homes from country mansions to thatched cottages.
On arriving in New Zealand she found the real estate scene daunting, because of both the style of housing and the competitive "American style" nature of the industry.
For her first foray into the local work force she called on her considerable administration skills for a senior administrators job, before the lure of the real estate industry called her back to her "true calling"and she joined the Tommy's sales team.
She now finds her prior experience invaluable as it better enables her to guide overseas buyers from South Africa and the United Kingdom and other countries through the New Zealand selling and buying processes.
Aside from her tenacity, she says her listening and communication skills are the key to her selling success.
Jill loves the outdoors and country living. The family lives on a lifestyle block, and selling rural properties is her special passion although she has a proud record in all property sales, being Tommy's Rookie of the Year in 2010 & Top Salesperson in Kapiti every year since then!
