Following my personal conviction that whatever you choose to do in life you should do it with passion and total commitment. I joined the real estate industry in 1999, after a successful 15 year career in the property business. I have a long held interest in the real estate industry having renovated several houses myself in the area, and creating the gardens to complement them.

I find great satisfaction in matching people to houses while also helping vendors achieve their goals. After my first 12 months as a sales consultant, I received the companies “rookie” award.

While often challenging, my objective is always to strive to achieve the best possible price for vendors as well as making sure the process is as pleasurable and stress-free as I can possibly make it.

Margaret moved from a nursing background into real estate by initially selling rest homes. That was over 20 years ago, and the start of an enjoyable real estate career.

Since then she has changed her specialist area and gathered a wealth of experience along the way, both as a Branch Manager and as a very successful salesperson. Her focus now is homes and townhouses in Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Freemans Bay, St Marys Bay and Herne Bay which she promotes with a passion.
