There are two gas infinities servicing these bathrooms while the laundry and master ensuite are on an electric cylinder. With extra grade insulation in the ceiling and multiple zoned central heating this is a warm and cosy home for all seasons.
The land (approx 17 acres) is of easy contour with some flat and some hill which is perfect for exercising horses with a small set of yards at the rear of the implement shed and a potential second access to the property from Whangamata Road if required.
