This profession held my interest for many years before I accepted a salespersons role in 1997. Soon after, I decided that this was to be my career. I absorbed everything, learned as much as possible from very successful colleagues, and committed to making every post a winner. Numerous awards came my way, which isn’t everything, but it’s a great gauge that you’re doing something right.

In my previous management role, the business grew from 15% to 35% market share… I am extremely proud of the team I worked with, especially their positive attitudes and their amazing results. The road to success is long and tricky, but the right team dynamics will allow everyone to succeed.

These days, I have returned to my roots where I will work at the ‘coalface’ once again achieving record sales for my clients.
