Frank Szabo initially made contact with me not long after I had listed my property in Tauranga on the market privately. He supplied me with a useful information pack with some good ideas on how to sell my property. After a month or so he contacted me to see how I was going and offered his services if at any time I felt I would like to utilize them. He wasn't pushy at all but I liked his ideas and thoughts on how he thought he could find a buyer for my property. After a couple of more weeks I decided I really had had enough of trying to sell the property myself so decided I would let Frank and his team have a go. They thought the auction process was probably best so I agreed to give it a go. There was an aggressive marketing plan put in place and before long there were interested parties. The house didn't finish up selling at auction but there was a conditional offer made on the day of auction which I accepted but with a cash out clause, Frank didn't stop marketing the property aggressively until the agreement went unconditional. I found Frank to be an excellent agent to sell my property and I am happy with the result he and the team at Eves achieved for my property. Frank contacted us regarding a house we had for sale on Trademe. We had been trying to sell it privately for a few months to no avail. It was a rental property and our tenant had just moved out leaving us having to cover 2 mortgages.
