I genuinely care about people – and they know it. Approximately 16 years ago when I was at a crossroads not knowing what to do with my career, I was inspired to join the real estate industry and quickly fell in love. Coming from a background in public health and private business management & administration, I was no stranger to hard work and long hours. Real estate is my passion!! I have been fortunate to have worked alongside two major brands in the industry and have remained with the one brand - Ray White. I have almost come full circle – having sold real estate, owned and closed our own franchise and over the past two years enjoyed my role as a team leader to some amazing and talented salespeople Stepping up from sales into a management role has been one of my greatest achievements and I am continually striving to be one of the industries main leaders and role model.

The industry is constantly evolving and with that comes opportunity to continuously upskill and pass on what has been taught to allow agents to become the best versions of themselves. I love seeing new agents grow into successful salespeople and I absolutely thrive on guiding and assisting experienced salespeople in growing their existing business.

In 2020 I joined Crockford Real Estate and assisted the family transitioning from a well established Tauranga family-owned business to two new Ray White Offices taking on the Branch Manager role of both offices – the values of both the Ray White and Crockford families align – traditional with a modern edge – never losing sight of the present and future relationships - and they fit so well with me personally and professionally.

My background is 19 years in Information Technology (IT). My experience in this industry has provided me with the skill of delivering high-level solutions put simply, so my clients understand exactly what I am offering. I believe this skill transfers to real estate. For the client, you have to provide a range of services with detailed accuracy done with transparency and understanding.

I have always wanted to join Nicolette in real estate. Now, I have the chance to share my expertise and create an active partnership in helping people achieve their goals. I am excited by the challenge of matching the right people to the right home.
