Coatesville
Rodney District
Undeniable Potential
Five beautiful acres of prime Coatesville land, with both flat and gently sloping contours to the north, await the next fortunate owner. Solid as a rock, this spacious 4 bedroom home has been well loved and is on the market for the first time in almost 40 years. There is fantastic grazing land with a stable block if you're into equestrian pursuits and a triple garage plus a huge separate workshop gives plenty of space for the boys and their toys, work from home, or easy conversion to further living or accommodation should you require it. Pretty, mature gardens and a "fantasy" bush enclave with a stream running though to explore, complete this stunning picture.
Such a beautiful space to come home to, this property has wonderful options and would be the perfect starting point for an exciting development project. With subdivision potential via a transferable title, this one stacks up as a smart investment for a clever purchaser.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Local knowledge, local involvement, local success…
Peter is a highly experienced real estate salesperson who loves working with people and has an in-depth knowledge of the local market. His career started out with Classic Real Estate (then Albany Real Estate) in 1996 after Havard Daniels, who he'd known for about 20 years through car rallying, convinced him he'd be a success in real estate. Harvard’s intuition proved to be right.
Since starting in real estate, Peter has sold millions of dollars worth of property, meaning he’s helped hundreds of people achieve their property goals. With that kind of experience comes an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies that get his clients’ properties sold.
Combined with Peter’s experience is a love for meeting people and a commitment to working hard for his clients. As a local resident since 1988, Peter also understands the local market and clientele, and has built a wide network of friends and contacts.
In his leisure time, Peter may well be found cruising in the 1965 Corvette he's restored to pristine condition or perhaps in his 1960 Impala Coupe. He's a big fan of American cars and plans to add more to his collection. As a member of the American Muscle Car Club, a group with a passion for American cars made in the 1960s and early 1970s, he's organised car runs and attended American car shows. He has also organised two local car shows in aid of the Child Cancer Foundation.
When you meet Peter you will be impressed by his local knowledge, his easy and relaxed manner and his commitment to deliver the best for his clients. As a salesperson for Barfoot & Thompson, you’ll also benefit from the company’s non-franchised network. Being non-franchised means that when someone lists a property with Barfoot & Thompson, they not only get a dedicated salesperson but a network of over 950 salespeople who are all connected to potential buyers in the market place. Barfoot & Thompson also offer some of the lowest commission rates.
