Who is Shaun Cosgrave? Shaun was born in the UK and immigrated to New Zealand as a young lad. He married and raised 2 boys who have spread their wings and left the nest. Away from work Shaun enjoys time with friends and family as well as taking the odd overseas trip. Ultimately Real Estate is Shaun’s passion.

Shaun is a highly-motivated person who gains personal satisfaction from assisting his clients to successfully achieve their Real Estate goals. Putting in long hours attending to his clients requirements and listening to their needs is one of the reasons why clients choose to work with him. Shaun’s communication is second to none, and this one of the many reasons Shaun has so much repeat/referral business.

Shaun’s vast experiences in sales, marketing and negotiating are a reflection of his outstanding success. Shaun has won many local, regional and national awards for excellence in Real Estate and has also been awarded a pin for selling excess of $700 million worth of real estate.
The achievements have continued to flow, and Shaun recently achieved more awards at the Monarch Awards ceremony.

Shaun has been selling real estate for Harcourts since 2003. He has sold both residential and rural and has always been one of the top ranking agents across New Zealand.
Shaun is now selling out of his local Harcourts Glenview office, an area which he knows very well.
