Karl has achieved top 5% of all Bayleys Agents, 13th Nationwide (all agents) and 6th in Bayleys Country.

Karl, his wife Sarndra and their four children, Jayden, Trent, Connor and Jessica, live in Ngatea on the Hauraki Plains. As a family they are involved with various sports clubs and schools within the region. Karl grew up on a dairy farm in Waitakaruru which is in his native Thames Valley and borders Counties Manukau (Franklin District) and has extensive personal and business contacts in the region. He attended Hauraki Plains College where he played for the First XV, First XI and was Senior Track champ. After leaving high school Karl spent a year in Tauranga at the BOP Polytechnic completing a Sports Excellence course in golf before attending Waikato University where he completed a BLS (Bachelor of Leisure Studies) with additional papers in marketing and computing.

After University, Karl travelled through Indonesia, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States before returning to New Zealand where he spent eight years in the computer training industry. After four years he became a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and a MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer). He then spent a number of years lecturing for Microsoft Certified Companies both in New Zealand and abroad.

Karl chose to return to the Hauraki Plains region in 2005 as he wanted his children to be schooled locally where he had grown up. Despite living in Tauranga, Hamilton and Auckland at various times, Karl has always maintained a strong relationship with the Thames Valley region, travelling back regularly for Club and Representative rugby.

After returning to his roots, Karl was excited to have the opportunity to become involved in the real estate industry. Having grown up on a farm and owned property of his own, he had a keen interest in real estate and the knowledge, skills and contacts to be able to provide clients with an excellent service.

Karl joined Bayleys Real Estate because he felt that the Thames Valley/Hauraki Plains region lacked a representative from a specialist company with the superior marketing, support and service to deliver optimum results that Bayleys provides.

Karl understands the importance of great customer service and knows that having a passion and interest in the industry is vital. Karl's intelligence, common sense and excellent people skills allow him to communicate and relate to people of all ages and walks of life. His life experience, extensive skill base and rural background and upbringing have all contributed to Karl's success and enabled him to achieve fantastic results for his many pleased and enthusiastic existing clients. In 2007 Karl was ranked 11th in the Bayleys Country national sales team and is currently at 4th place with a 100% auction success rate year to date in June 2008.

Lee teamed up with one of Bayleys New Zealand’s top rural agents, Karl Davis, benefitting by having a very successful and highly respected country real estate specialist as mentor. Since starting in 2014 Lee has been involved in over $167million dollars of property transactions.

Lee’s focus is on North Waikato, a region he knows well, having been born and bred there, spending his early years on a dairy farm in Kaihere and educated at both Ngatea Primary and Hauraki Plains College. He is delighted to base his business where he has a strong connection with the people and the place.

After completing an Honours Degree in Food Technology at Massey University, Lee travelled the United Kingdom for five years. “Exploring, working, and playing rugby in both Scotland and England exposed me to eye opening experiences which have given me a broad perspective of people, culture and circumstance; key skills I now intend to develop and apply to my chosen career.”

Bayleys was an easy option for Lee after he was drawn home and became rapidly aware of the brand’s strong rural presence in the region. Lee’s scientific background made it easy for him to identify with the process orientated goals and the high expectations set by Bayleys and the methodical approach to achieving the best results possible for their vendors.

Having played sport his entire life Lee also identifies with the team environment within Bayleys and the social aspects of real estate. He knows that connecting with people for information and innovative approaches is paramount in maximising results for vendors.
