Janelle’s specialty is residential and lifestyle property with over 12 years in the business plus her own experience of building, buying and selling property since she was 22 years old. After owning 80ha within the Motu along with Managing 500ha of dry stock shows Janelle is a hard worker and experienced in many areas of property.

When looking back on her childhood it isn't any wonder that she ended up in real estate. As a child her family shifted homes on numerous occasions with her mum and dad often building new homes while growing their real estate portfolio. Funnily enough her brothers must also have inherited the real estate gene because both are professionally involved in real estate as well.

So, one would say Janelle was “born into this life” which explains her continued passion for the industry.
