Built to enjoy the sun, this contemporary townhouse is tucked away in its own quiet spot right in the hub of downtown Mt Maunganui Located one section back from the beach, it enjoys some ocean views and its own beach access. Just a short stroll from the Mount (Maoao) and Main Street means shopping, cafes, restaurants and scenic walks are all right at your fingertips.

Recently refurbished with quality in mind, it includes 3 double bedrooms, open plan living and modern kitchen with all the essentials. Outdoor decking areas extend on either side of the living space creating easy indoor/outdoor flow for entertaining your group - the BBQ is on hand, with ample room to dine al fresco.

This is a second level property, which gives it a lovely feeling of space and privacy but when booking please consider access is via stairs only, no lift is available. There is a garage, storeroom, and self contained flat under the main house. The flat is currently rented short term to a lovely couple on their OE. Both areas are private. We do have the ability to sleep extra people by negotiation.
