Kahn feels fortunate to have grown up in a small rural town in the Far North and live the active young lifestyle most kids only dream about. He enjoyed progression through school, finally becoming head boy in his seventh form year.
Kahn accepted an offer to become part of the New Zealand Army as an Officer and relished the opportunity to learn leadership, comradery and life skills after High School. He decided to further his education and attained a degree in Sports Science from Massey University in Palmerston North. From there Kahn moved to Wellington and pursued a career in Real Estate.
The move was made because of his passion to assist people to achieve their dreams in regards to living in their own home, however big or small it may be, and investing in property.
Kahn has represented to a regional and national level in Swimming, Rugby and Triathlons. An active participant of Crossfit which is a strength and conditioning program. Crossfit requires its participants to be fully committed individuals regardless of their experience. This fitness medium demonstrates a strong mind set of those that commit to successfully completing a task. Kahn’s discipline, determination, and eye for detail needed to succeed in sport carries directly through to the real estate industry, helping him to stay very focused throughout the sale until completion and achieve the best result for clients.
As an award winner of Sales Person of the Year, three years running, it clearly demonstrates Kahn’s commitment and dedication.
