I understand what it takes to sell. Along with my husband, I’ve owned investment properties for the past 10 years, and have carried out various renovations both here and in the UK. I listen carefully to the needs of buyers before carrying out detailed research into market availability, and presenting the different options available; this helps remove significant time and stress from the sales process, providing clarity and decisiveness to all those involved.
In terms of background, my previous career (before taking time out to raise my three wonderful children) was in the food industry, having worked for both Fonterra in New Zealand and Heinz in the UK. I have a Bachelor of Technology (Hons), a Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology, and of course, a Real Estate Certificate in Sales. I enjoy keeping fit and active through biking and running – and I’m fairly handy on the golf course.
