With an ensuite off the upstairs bedroom which is complete with a comfy super king bed and 3 bedrooms downstairs, there is no shortage of space for everyone to enjoy. The extra lounge area downstairs with DVD player will keep the kids occupied while the adults relax.

Soak up some rays on the balcony outside or relax with a glass of wine whilst listening to some tunes. Take your best shot at a game of table tennis or darts in the games area or spark up the BBQ outside and get the eggs and bacon going " everything you need to unwind and relax in style all in one place.

With several kilometres of calm white sandy beach, Bowentown is the ideal location for your summertime activities. From surfing to swimming to nice long walks on the beach. If you feel like venturing further out, there are a couple of dining options at Bowentown (within walking distance) or at Waihi Beach just a 10-minute drive away. Super safe and quiet family area with BMX track and cricket pitch at one end of the street and a park with soccer nets at the other end of the street.

Only 3 minutes away from either the Bowentown Boat Club ramp or the boat ramp at Anzac Bay.
