Maurice Butler AREINZ
Following gaining his Salespersons Certificate in 1996, Maurice continued to study and is fully qualified with AREINZ status and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Maurice joined The Professionals in 2000. His time working with The Professionals has been his most successful in real estate and his business continues to grow. For the last eight years (2005 to 2013) Maurice has achieved â€˜Top 2%â€™ - rated amongst the top two percent of real estate practitioners in the Professionals Group throughout New Zealand. He has also achieved No 1 Salesperson for Waikato Bay of Plenty in 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 plus No1 Rural Salesperson Waikato Bay of Plenty 08-09, 09-10, 10-11.
Maurice has a background in rural employment and small business having gained experience and qualifications in the Stock and Station Industry, worked as a Stock Agent and has also been a Dairy Farmer in a share milking position. He has owned and operated five small businesses including Fruit and Vegetables, Grocery and Fast Food outlets.
Throughout his real estate career Maurice has specialised in rural property building up a large data base of clients and a long list of successful sales in all categories, including dairy, lifestyle, horticultural and coastal properties. He has also handled a wide variety of rural subdivisions in the Whakatane District.
Together with his wife Lee-Anne and two children he lives in the rural district of Awakeri where they run a small drystock farm and a small kiwifruit orchard. He has a good understanding and knowledge of the local market and has the confidence, ability and experience to successfully promote and sell all types of property.
