Wow….4 bedrooms and only $597,000

When I was built I was the envy of the neighbourhood, a show home that others were modelled on. Then my family moved in, they looked after me with lots of TLC and I kept them warm and dry...a perfect match.

Over the years we experienced all sorts of highs. I saw the kids grow up and watched as one by one they moved to start their own homes.
But father time has made it hard for my owners to keep looking after my 4 bedrooms and huge section and sadly we have to separate after so many decades together.

Sure I need a tidy up, but I have good bones and my community has a strong heart and I know the LJ Hooker team will find another great family for me. With a little elbow grease I will sparkle again.
