Born and bred in Hamilton, Dan has a broad range of experience in all aspects of property, starting from the ground up. He started his career as a builder, he become qualified and worked in the trade for nearly ten years before enrolling into a property investment coaching programme to learn how to build a property portfolio. While still working as a builder, he built his own portfolio of properties which he still owns today and became a property investment coach in the Waikato area. In 2013 Dan made the shift into real estate and property investment and is now also a director of Glasshouse Property Management in Hamilton. His extensive knowledge of the Waikato property market and his impressive track record makes him the go-to person for anyone wanting to sell or purchase real estate in Hamilton and the Waikato region.

Dan and his wife Emma and their two children, Rocco and Millie, are the third generation to choose Hamilton as home. “I love living and working in an area I know it so well and being part of the PVRE team gives me the support and knowledge base to make sure we get the best results for our clients.”
