I found myself drawn to the principles of fairness and accountability when co-developing George Street Real Estate in early 2019 and I'm excited to build and grow this refreshing New Zealand owned company.

Whakatane born and raised, Kim is a dedicated individual within the real estate industry since early 2015. Initially working as a Residential Property Manager for 3 years, she has found people and property to be her absolute passion. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to service people in her home country and to build long, reputable relationships.

Kim endeavours to exceed expectations for all clients from day one. She understands that transparency, honesty and authenticity is absolute key. Kim appreciates that whether you are preparing your property for sale or buying your first home the process can take significant time, effort and energy and there are times, especially during negotiations, that the process can become stressful. Kim always aims to make the process as enjoyable, seamless and stress free as possible through great communication.

Having other passions for sports, dancing and self development. Kim channels her recreational energy through contemporary and hip-hop dancing. Kim has completed 6 levels of the NZAMD (New Zealand Academy of Modern Dance) and also an Advanced level which allowed her to become a dance teacher at a local dance studio teaching a syllabus as well as her own choreography. Volleyball and Basketball are Kims main sporting passions and hopes to prioritise herself in order to get into these sports again.
