Located in the Okuti Valley just 4.7km from the world famous Little river Café and Gallery, and a further 34kms takes you to the historical Akaroa Village, and a 45 minute drive from Christchurch.

The 1980s house includes three bedrooms plus office, double glazing, insultation, logburner and a full-width verandah to enjoy the magnificent birdsong.
