I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 23 years. Initially beginning my career in Real Estate as a Property Manager in the Manawatu, then moving on to sales after 18 months; specialising in Character homes. I won numerous awards with the company I worked for (including Rookie of the year) before moving to Ray White Hamilton in 2005. Prior to working in the Real Estate Industry I worked for an advertising and newspaper group. This gave me an insight into effective advertising and script writing when marketing a property.

I have a number of investment properties’ and therefore have an understanding of what is involved when buying properties to build wealth. I enjoy working with people building their investment portfolios and have a number of clients who now own numerous properties, that purchased their first investment property with me! Creating a repeat client base by gaining the trust and confidence from those I work with is extremely important to me.

My daughter Jess Taylor works alongside me, so you receive the added value of a vibrant young salesperson also looking after your property. Jess has fantastic marketing skills and an extensive knowledge of the use of Social Media, which is an incredibly important marketing tool in this new generation of buyers.
