Originally from China, Shawn has an educational background in Building Construction, Property Management and Finance. He completed his Master Degree in Commerce (Finance) in 2009 with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland and began work as a mortgage broker.

In the past years, Shawn has maintained high transaction volume in marketing and selling residential and lifestyle properties. He is fluent in English & Mandarin and is a people person.
