After 40 years in the Real estate industry I’ve made changes and am now located at our Wellington City Office on Cambridge Terrace.
 
As owner licensee and manager of the Khandallah franchise for 25 years, staff management and all the roles and responsibilities that come with franchise ownership no longer challenges me.
 
Keen for change I decided to go back to my grass roots and focus on what I’m most passionate about and what gives me the most satisfaction - that is helping people to buy and sell their properties.

During the last 18 months I have received tremendous support from past clients and new acquaintances. I have consistently made the top accolade of Harcourts Team Group consisting of over 200 agents throughout Wellington.

My recent sales includes sections, sub-divisions, rental properties, apartments and high profile Oriental Bay properties.

Craig’s proven communication and negotiation skills, his ability to offer solutions, use practical experience and knowledge will no doubt add value with any client experience. Prior to real estate, Craig began his career as a furniture maker. He was fortunate enough to produce a variety of bespoke pieces including architecturally designed kitchens and joinery. Applying his trade and problem solving skills, Craig entered into a sales career in 2002 within the furniture, kitchen, and joinery industries, as Account Manager, then Regional Sales Manager.

Forming many long lasting, robust business relationships, Craig continued his career as Sales Manager, with a focus on the signage, digital print and construction industries.

An exciting opportunity to pursue a career in real estate seemed not only fitting but a refreshing challenge.  Bringing his past experience and strong customer focus will certainly result in a satisfying outcome.
