Black and White, Filled with Light, Big View day and Night

A contemporary country home with sustainable features and beautiful views.

The elevation and the way this easy big acre slopes very slightly to the east enhances the experience of living in a crisp, bright, light home which combines complete privacy with expansive coastal and city views.

The architecturally designed home uses thermal mass to huge advantage, especially in the double height main living area where a large concrete fireplace adds ambiance. The bedroom wing is configured so the hall absorbs warmth, the master bedroom enjoys all day sun, the other bedrooms soaking up the afternoon sun and Kaimai Ranges outlook. The modern monochrome palette is warmed and enriched by recycled rimu timber in stairs to a mezzanine lounge and guest bedroom, in the kitchen island and the en suite, one of three stylishly appointed bathrooms.

Relax outside on covered deck or sheltered north side patio beside which is one of several places you might put a pool. There's ample parking between the home and the recently added 60 sq m concrete floored shed.

Pick your own citrus from 20 trees, feijoas from 153 bushes forming a boundary hedge and vegetables from the sunny plot. Easy care landscaping offsets the clean house profile and offers scope for more gardens if desired; to share with the abundant birdlife.

A low maintenance lifestyle making it feasible to combine with careers, Tauranga within convenient proximity. Boundary indicative only.

“Real estate is more about the relationships I build than the property I sell. This business is all about people and it is my aim to exceed the expectations of the people who place their trust in me.”
Jeremy Pryor has been exceeding expectations since he hit the ground running when he entered the real estate profession in 2004. He has committed himself to knowing his market and to providing an honest approach to meeting clients’ needs in an ever-changing real estate environment. His expertise has been applied to the sale of farms, orchards, lifestyle and urban residential properties, many in the prestigious premium sector.
The Pryor family live on a lifestyle block in Pyes Pa in a home they had built themselves. “My family – my wife Jacky, my sons Finn and Ashley and my daughter Charli – is the reason I strive to be the best agent I can.”
Jeremy has carved out a niche for himself as an enthusiastic straight-talking agent who gets the job done, and is not above having some fun. His reputation ensures nearly all his business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
Evidence of his success includes the highest awards both locally and nationally for his achievements in real estate and contributing to the accolades awarded to the team he worked with. However, it is the positive testimonials from his clients that he values most.
Jeremy Pryor sees the transition to Sotheby’s as the right step in an evolving career. “It is exciting to be part of the establishment of an international brand in the Bay of Plenty real estate scene, one that is bringing youth and energy to our environment, appreciating the way technology influences the way we do business today. Having a stake in the company further increases my desire to succeed, for my clients, for my family and for Sotheby’s.”
