Alison Rudd found her passion when she began her real estate career several years ago. In Tall Poppy, she also discovered a company whose values aligned with her own.

However, nothing can replace the advice and expertise of an experienced agent who knows her market. Alison lives on a lifestyle block surrounded by horticulture. Past experience as a vet nurse examples her empathy, a payroll job with Bentley cars in England and a real estate office position in New Zealand, honed her administration ability. She works very hard and uses well developed negotiation skills to get the best result for her vendors.
Alison lists and sells orchards, lifestyle blocks and residential property from Aongatete to Waihi and Hauraki, Kaimais to coastline. It’s a busy life and one she enjoys every minute of.
