Having grown up in New Plymouth, Joy has great local knowledge. She can often be seen exploring the beauty of New Plymouth with her running shoes on, (although she says It’s more walking than running now days). She has run two half marathons locally and been around the mountain a few times with different teams enjoying the scenery.
In more recent years Joy has been employed as a retail manager which has proven invaluable when dealing with people from all walks of life. It has taught her many skills, from building strong customer relationships, sales and negotiating, and being able to demonstrate her flair for interior design.

Joy believes strongly in honesty and integrity and will always do her best to listen and understand the needs of her clients. She takes a practical and straight forward approach to everything she does.
