Having been a consistent top 20 performer for Bayley’s nationwide since I began my real estate career I still enjoy every minute of it. Tauranga and the greater Bay of Plenty region has a large range of rural and lifestyle properties to choose from, I have had a large part to play in the prestigious waterfront market in and around Tauranga for many years but still enjoy the grass roots lifestyle properties that the Tauranga surrounds are so popular for.

I have sold high end lifestyle properties on small holdings of land right through to larger scale farms. I have a proven track record in all things real estate. Of course with our climate kiwifruit and avocado orchards feature prominently but I also represent larger rural blocks and farms which require a broad understanding of rural life. I have lived on a large lifestyle property for many years which has helped me achieve my results and goals as I understand the challenges anyone new to rural life may face.

Rhys brings new age knowledge to the Brent Trueman - Bayleys brand. After spending 4 years studying and achieving a Bio-chemical engineering degree, Rhys decided his true interest was marketing and brand development.

After a stint at one of Europe’s largest marketing companies, developing projects with brands such as Spotify & Apple. Rhys moved back to New Zealand to build his own brand development and marketing company.

Rhys has now moved into the Rural real estate market after realising his passion for people and property marketing.
