Hamurana
Rotorua
Large Site Offers Potential
Looking for a place with space, options and room to grow? Then head to Hamurana and savour the freedom of this friendly outpost - not to mention living right across the road from Lake Rotorua. It's an open reserve with a walkway to stroll or cycle - an outlook that will never be lost. Boasting around 8500 square metres, there's ample room here for the boat, the motorhome - and then some. The boat ramp is just down the road, so it's an invitation for family and friends to come for the weekend with their boats, park up and enjoy fishing out in the water.
From the front, views glimpse through trees to the lake. From the back, views stretch out to the hills and around the countryside. It's a peaceful setting. Comfortable and cosy, life is extra warm at this time of year, thanks to a log fire - complete with a wet back. There is a heat pump for additional comfort here as well. Hamurana is such a quaint place. It cherishes a village ambience, with its own local store and takeaways. Golf is down the road as well, alongside Hamurana's famous natural spring sunk within a picturesque hollow amid the Redwood Forest. Steeped in history and mystical natural beauty, it's one of Rotorua's magical gems.

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
