A good option for a group, and a good location to use for a base for day trips to explore the dunes, the town, and the surrounding areas. The house has several living areas - a sitting area, and also a TV/games room. Both living areas have a TV and there is also a TV in one bedroom. The property is all on one level with good accessibility, and has a good outdoor living space/BBQ area. The kitchen has a central dining table, which can seat 10 and plenty of workspace. In the midst of a kiwifruit orchard this property is private and set back from the road, therefore a quiet and secluded place for a holiday.
Opotiki District Council operates a zero waste policy. Guests are required to remove their rubbish at the conclusion of their stay and drop off at the Resource Recovery Centre, 38 Wellington Street, Opotiki.
