A Picturesque Haven
Nestled privately in a natural setting near the lake, this picturesque haven offers the ideal scenario for those with a penchant for serenity or a family with a sense of outdoor adventure. Positioned on a 6,646sqm (more or less) section, the home sits in a sunny spot, with a scenic outlook that includes mature trees and an enchanting pond.
The sunny and spacious living area with its bay window and feature fireplace is a lovely place to spend time together while the big deck is the perfect place for leisurely brunches and family dinners.
The layout is well designed for family life or guests with three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet at one end of the home and a sanctuary master suite with its walk-in wardrobe and ensuite at the opposite end.
The property also has a separate double garage and plenty of space for off street parking.
The location places it close to Hamurana and a short drive from the cafes and shops in Ngongotaha Village.
Take time to relax, breathe in the fresh air, stroll around the pond and escape for a few minutes or a few hours. This rare and enchanting property is one that you'll love coming home to.

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
