I am Louisa Gerrard-Nicholas. I was born and raised in Rotorua and am a passionate individual new to the world of Real Estate. With a solid foundation as a business owner, I bring a decade of experience from the dynamic Hair and Beauty industry, where I cultivated a deep understanding of clients needs and have built long lasting relationships.

I am self-driven and thrive on the challenges that come with the ever-evolving Real Estate landscape. I am committed to helping people with their Real Estate journey to achieve their dreams.

Outside of work I am also a mother to four beautiful children. In my spare time I enjoy making memories with loved ones, playing sports and keeping active.

My family and I have had a long association with Tihi-Otonga spanning over 40 years and 5 properties. I know how special this suburb is and if would like to “chat real estate” call me today!

Being born and bred in Rotorua I know how privileged we are to live in such a vibrant active community. Property is my passion having renovated quite a few. My priority will always be to bring buyers and sellers together to achieve the best results for everyone.
