Having completed a Batchelor of Law Honours Degree at the University of Waikato and former Solicitor at Cooney Lees and Morgan, not only does Janelle have the ‘edge’ when it comes to property contracts, legal documentation and deciphering Land Titles and instruments, but this transposes over into strong confidence at the negotiation table.

In late 2016 Janelle left practicing Law to team with her real estate award-winning husband Quintin, and together they have been the driving force behind Ray White's Team Q. Family is at the heart of all that she does. As a Mum and Ouma, Janelle’s happiest of times can be found immersed in the land and beach, animals (particularly horses) and children at the family’s home on the Pukehina Coastline.
