Endless Possibilities on the Lakefront
Discover iconic, lakefront living that's bursting with personality and picturesque views. This property offers something special with its character home overlooking the lake, a separate cottage, a set of two studios and a glasshouse to grow your flowers or veggies. The home sits upon a large 1,755 m² (more or less) section, showcasing waterscapes that are serene from sunrise to sunset, and just as spectacular by night when the moon shines a path across the water and lights twinkle around the lake's perimeter.
The home boasts charm in abundance, from the stucco and brick exterior through to the interior that includes four bedrooms plus an office, open living & dining with lake views and a large space below the home. The one-bedroom, one bathroom cottage adds income potential or space for guests and extended family.
With a good-sized lawn overlooking the water and steps leading to the lake, the exhilaration of water sports will never be far from your mind. Or sit back and enjoy the laid-back holiday feeling. The location is so close to town, schools and shops that you can be home in minutes and feeling far from the bustle.
Potential to add value with updating. Plenty to fire the imagination. Better be quick. Contact Tim for more information.

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
