Tyler began his professional career in vehicle sales with a globally recognised brand, where he developed negotiation and client relationship skills. This experience laid the foundation for a strong ability to assess value, build trust, and drive transactions.

With his family heavily invested in commercial property Tyler made use of his property degree and went back to his roots in 2020, having spent five years managing and expanding a private commercial property portfolio, focusing on maximising asset performance, securing high-value tenants, identifying new investment opportunities and taking care of all aspects of acquiring, holding and selling an investment property as if each property was his own. Tyler has built up vast knowledge in lease structuring and tenant negotiation, he is now eager to share his knowledge with clients to navigate the complexities of the commercial and industrial real estate sector.
