With over four decades of profound experience in the Real Estate industry spanning across Australia and New Zealand, Eric has cultivated an illustrious career marked by expertise in Sales, Project Management, Property Management, and Office Management/Ownership. His journey in the industry began in 1979/80, and since then, he has evolved into a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set.

Throughout his extensive career, Eric has played a pivotal role in numerous successful sales, showcasing his adept negotiation skills in transactions involving both residential and commercial properties. His track record boasts a wide spectrum, handling properties ranging from modest $10,000 investments to multi-million-dollar transactions reaching up to $110,000,000 per property.

During the 1980's and 1990's, Eric emerged as a notable developer in Australia. His involvement extended to the acquisition and development of multi-unit properties in both Australia and New Zealand. Notably, he managed his own team of tradespeople, overseeing the complete life-cycle of buying, renovating, marketing, and selling homes in and around Brisbane.

While he relocated his family to New Zealand in 1998, Eric's commitment to the real estate sector remained unwavering. Although he has primarily focused on real estate sales and office ownership/management, he has continued his passion for development. In 2016, he successfully completed a residential development comprising 40 sections and is presently engaged in the development of holiday parks.

Throughout his career, Eric has owned and operated real estate offices in key locations, including Remuera, Howick, Pukekohe in Auckland, and Pokeno in the Waikato, operating under various brand banners. Notably, he sold these offices in 2019 and subsequently joined the board of First National Real Estate. Currently, Eric spearheads an office in Remuera, where he leverages his wealth of experience to bring robust marketing, sales, and negotiation expertise to every property or project he undertakes.

Having owned collaborated with leading Real Estate Agencies in New Zealand and Australia and owning offices under prestigious banners such as Raine and Horne, Bayleys and RE/MAX since 1986, Eric is well-regarded for his management style and entertaining auctioneering skills. His commitment to servicing his clients is evident in his belief in delivering top-notch service through a blend of experience, skills, and a personalized approach to marketing and selling properties.

Cathy’s invitation to re-enter the real estate arena was timely as ‘sitting about’ has never been on her agenda.
Having grown up in Queenstown with a developer father, she then married a local builder and learned the ins and outs of speculative property investing and building.
Her Real Estate career took off in Queenstown in the booming 1990s, and upon relocating to Christchurch she slotted into a local real estate office, but due to her experience and knowledge was snapped up to run a multi -million dollar private portfolio for over 12 years, spanning housing and land developments in Queenstown, Lake Ohau, Christchurch and Hamilton.
“I’ve project managed, designed and sold over 150 house builds and achieved 8 Master Builder awards,” she proudly states as she recalls assisting hundreds of buyers, some of whom thought they might never own their home.
“One of my most memorable sales was an urgent sale. I was given 6 weeks to sell a $15 million property. I managed to introduce and settle the property within this period.
The buyer was from overseas, I flew my mother and myself business class to the other side of the world, caught up with my youngest son on his OE, attended my cousin’s wedding and confirmed the contract.”
