After studying Hospitality and Tourism in Whakatane where Kylie was born and bred, she moved to Rotorua in the early 2000s. With a strong passion for working with people and property Kylie pursued her true calling and began a career as a property manager. After several years she returned to Whakatane and became an award-winning property manager for the BOP Waikato region for three consecutive years.

After 15 years Kylie took some time out from Real Estate to commit to raising a family. She was soon ready for a new challenge and adventure and entered the world of residential sales. Kylie quickly established herself as a successful salesperson with an enviable client base of satisfied sellers and buyers,

Kylie relocated back to Rotorua were she still had many connections. She has always had a huge passion for Rotorua and believe it’s a place that’s happening. Balancing a busy home life with a successful career is both rewarding and challenging but is something she thrives on.
