In 1997 my family and I immigrated to New Zealand from South Africa. Since moving here, I have had the privilege of calling Tauranga home.

I have a broad knowledge of Tauranga and its surrounding areas and the ability to develop very strong planning, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills wrapped up with a dedication to achieving results by making what is important to you, which is achieving the best possible results.

I have spent ten years in hospitality – eight of which were in management going on to the Transport industry, where I spent five years driving Truck and Trailer units where I was able to fine-tune the strengths and qualities needed to go above and beyond for you

My passion is Muay Thai. In Muay Thai, as a fighter, my foundation is made up of mental strength, commitment, dedication, discipline and passion.

As a mother of a beautiful, intelligent little boy, I understand the importance and value of listening and understanding your needs. I understand the level of trust and commitment required when selling or purchasing your home.

My outgoing, driven and passionate personality makes me easily approachable (yet hard-working), and I’m motivated, which allows me to take your stress away and provide you with a service that really is above and beyond the extra mile.

A Leader with a Passion for People and Real Estate
Neil’s career is deeply rooted in business with a strong emphasis on management as well as training and

development. Starting his journey as an international trainer, Neil went on to lead a company

specialising in sales and leadership training for corporate and publicly traded firms. He then

applied his extensive experience to the real estate industry, recognising that successful real

estate sales are not merely about transactions but also about building strong relationships.

Within a few years of acquiring a real estate franchise, Neil transformed it into a national

leader in New Zealand. This earned him the title of Franchise of the Year. He attributes this

achievement to his understanding of sales principles, his commitment to developing people,

and his belief that the real estate business is fundamentally about people.

Neil joined the Century 21 brand, because of its global reach and

local touch reputation in the real estate industry which made it the perfect fit for him.

Neil recently relocated to Tauranga with his wife and two children, drawn to the city’s idyllic

climate, friendly community and stunning natural surroundings. Having found his own piece

of paradise, he is passionate about helping others discover theirs.
