Born and bred in Scotland, Chris O’Donoghue grew up on a beef farm, where she learned the values of resilience, determination, and the rewards of hard work. Those foundations have stayed with her throughout life, shaping the way she approaches both challenges and opportunities.

With a background in hospitality, Chris developed strong people skills, knowing how to make others feel comfortable, understood, and supported. These qualities have become the heart of her real estate career, helping her build lasting relationships and guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with ease and confidence.

Chris and her husband emigrated from the UK to Rotorua in 2006, where they raised their four sons and became deeply connected with the community. Having built a life here herself, she understands that real estate is about much more than property - it’s about finding a place to belong.

Down to earth and approachable, Chris is dedicated to working hard for her clients while ensuring their journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, she enjoys time with her family and being part of the Rotorua community, where she proudly calls home.
