House Rules and Information:

Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.

Linen included - we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning - exit clean included in nightly rate.

No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
