A little bit about me:

A true Wellingtonion
I was born and bred in Lyall Bay, Wellington, educated at Lyall Bay School, Evans Bay Intermediate and had my college years at Rongotai College, where I was Head Boy in 1999.

After College, I went up to Wellington Teachers College and completed a Bachelor of Education Degree. I taught Primary School children in Wellington for 2 years before I headed off on my O.E. and taught in London for 3 years. I returned to New Zealand and continued to teach Primary in the Wellington Region for a further 5 years. So, after a ten year successful teaching career, I decided that it was time for a career change. I have a passion for property and it was time for me to act.

It has been a hugely successful change into Real Estate.
I am a multi award winning agent with over 155 million dollars’ worth of sales and after my first year I was rewarded with the ‘Rookie of the Year’ Award. In the last six years I have been presented with 'Premium Status' and 'Elite Status' which puts me in the Ray White Leaders New Zealand Top 10 Group.

A lifetime resident of Wellington, Sonya has sound knowledge of the region in regards to market education and trends. Calling the stunning South Coast her home in the ‘coolest little capital in the world’ Sonya considers herself very lucky to be living in such a beautiful city. You really can’t beat Wellington on a good day.
