A Cottage Full of Kiwi Bach Charm
In a hideaway location close to the water, this charming lake cottage conjures up the feeling of lazy days and summer holidays with the added value of lake reserve access at the end of the private driveway.
The name Bellbird Cottage says it all, an iconic bach nestling amongst trees and birdsong. The dwelling is cheerful and charming with a sunroom, kitchen, dining and lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms. Nice and cosy in cooler weather with a wood fire and a heat pump for warmth.
Outside there's a separate garage with a room for storage, lawn, established gardens and even a little bush path with a secret garden. The property is fully fenced.
Fun times await, bring the family, bring the kayaks, pitch a tent! This ideal spot is close to Okere Falls and the boat ramp at Hamurana.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
