Jeff Garnett has a well earned reputation as one of Taranga’s most established and successful real estate salespeople.

Winning many Salesperson of the Year and Regional Awards, has kept Jeff at the top of Tauranga Real Estate now for over 10 years.

But interestingly after talking with Jeff, it is not striving for, or being No1 that drives him, but simply Jeff wants to “achieve the best result for his Vendors” he can, which he says “allows them to make an informed decision in selling or buying their home”, which is for most people, their greatest financial assets.

He says his association with Eves Real Estate has given him the opportunity to provide to his Vendors the best marketing options that are available to SELL property.

Jeff says he “sells baches to castles” and that is evident in the number of sales across all values, he and his team complete each year from ALL over Tauranga, Omokoroa and the Mount.

Sarah Garnett is sales assistant to Jeff, and Sarah’s drive and commitment to Real Estate is also evidenced in sport, by her past position, as one of the top 10 women’s hockey referees in the world, culminating in selection to three Olympic’s and two Commonwealth Games during her career.

Sarah’s new role when not dealing in Real Estate on a day to day basis was managing the women’s Olympic umpire’s in London 2012.

Sarah gives Jeff and his team strong support and back up in sales and administration for many years now, recording sales success every month on month since starting.

Sarah is in regular contact with Vendors and Buyers organizing the day to day things that are required, and go on in the background, in Real Estate.

Sarah’s professionalism and experience in Real Estate ensures any Vendor or Buyer could not be in better hands.

Sarah and Jeff have been married for 33 years and have a son Blake who is currently studying at Auckland University.
