Mark originated from Timaru, where his family has a tradition in the Real Estate Industry.
Before moving to Rotorua in 1993, Mark completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in valuation and property management at Lincoln University and after the required experience gained the title MREINZ. Mark went on to managing and owning, in conjunction with business partners, several Real Estate sales companies. "Bayleys" being the dominant brand.
Together with his wife Denise and their two sons, they own several investment properties and their family enjoys many leisure activities that Rotorua has to offer, including fishing, mountain biking and boating. Mark is further involved with the community, as a committee member of the "Rotorua Property Investors Association" and the local "Mid Island Gymnastics Association"
Commercial and Industrial has been Mark''s passion since his move to Rotorua, and more recently his knowledge and experience has extended into the sale of Motels, Holiday Parks and a variety of business transactions.
