Growing up in Ōpōtiki and later living in Tauranga before settling in Whakatāne, Ash has a deep appreciation for the Bay of Plenty and the close-knit communities that make this region special. She loves the balance of lifestyle and opportunity that comes with living so close to the sea, rivers, and lakes — and takes pride in helping others find their place in this beautiful corner of Aotearoa. In addition to her background in education and experience as a qualified early childhood teacher Ash has previous experience in the real estate industry. This includes roles as a receptionist, administrator, personal assistant, and salesperson. She brings a strong foundation of knowledge and professionalism to her work and her relationship-based approach is grounded in trust, empathy, and clear communication, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and integrity. For Ash, real estate is about more than transactions — it’s about people, stories, and helping others take their next step with confidence. She prides herself on building authentic relationships, understanding what truly matters to her clients, and providing guidance with genuine care and commitment. Outside of real estate, Ash enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband Pete and their children, spending time at the beach, and connecting with the people who make Whakatāne such a special place to live.
